you can experience Dance Your Life’s personalised one-on-one sessions or group sessions.

- You gain more understanding of yourself including any specific behaviours or emotions you have observed within yourself and exploring the drivers for this.

- You experience yourself as a human being as well as appreciate others more openly.

- You explore loving choices you can make in your lives.

One-on-one Sessions

At the 1.5 hour one-on-one sessions, you will have an opportunity to share about yourself and where you are at in your life. You will be guided and given the space to:

- Explore on a deeper level on how you are feeling, any life challenges you have in your life through talk therapy, creative practices such as authentic movement, drawing, writing, guided meditation, expressing your internal state, allowing yourself to connect with your body.

- Feel any of your emotions that arises during the session and express these gently and lovingly. You are free to acknowledge, appreciate your feelings so you can connect with these, allowing you to begin to love and embrace them fully.

- Explore, express your resistances to connecting with your body, feelings, self. You can explore, feel different choices you can make in your lives and which choice you’d like to invest in.

- Begin loving, accepting yourself as a human being and connect with your essence to make loving choices in your life.

- Integrate, reflect on your deep internal experience. You are encouraged to practice self-love choices and learnings in your own life.

Group Sessions

You will experience a 1.5 hour personalised small group session of no more than 12 people.

At the start of the session, each person will be invited to share their names, their feelings and where they are at in their lives. Then each person individually will be guided and given the space to:

- Move, dance how their body wants to move opening up expressing their internal state and/or where they are at in their lives.

- If any feelings arises, they are free to express these gently, so these can be acknowledged.

- Explore, express their resistances to connecting with their body, feelings, self. Each person are free to explore, feel different choices they can make in their lives and which choice they’d like to invest in.

- Begin loving, accepting themselves as a human being as well as see and appreciate others more openly.

- Integrate, reflect on their deep internal experience. They are encouraged to practice self-love choices and learnings in their own lives.
